PocketSEO is a free, curated knowledge base of actionable SEO tips sourced from public practitioner content. The Service includes tip browsing, filtering, saving, collections, guides, checklists, and related SEO resources. Access to all tip content is free and does not require registration.

3. User Accounts

Certain features (saving tips, creating collections) require a registered account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate and current registration information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access at [email protected]

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content beyond normal browsing without prior written permission
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code

5. Intellectual Property

The PocketSEO platform, its design, code, and original editorial content are the property of Pablo Bravo Villanueva and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Curated tip content is attributed to its original authors; PocketSEO does not claim ownership of source material. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PocketSEO's platform or editorial content without express written permission.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

Tips on PocketSEO are sourced from third-party practitioners on platforms including Twitter/X, Reddit, and YouTube. PocketSEO provides attribution and links to original sources but is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of third-party content. Outbound links are provided for reference only and do not constitute endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PocketSEO does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. SEO advice on the platform reflects practitioners' views and may not be suitable for every situation — always validate advice against your specific context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pablo Bravo Villanueva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any reliance on SEO advice provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PocketSEO in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero for free users).

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your saved tips and collections will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valladolid, Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU regulations including GDPR and LSSI-CE.
